  4. For any questions regard to the order that you placed, please e-mail to customer_services@asiabeads.com we will answer your questions in 24 hr.

  5. Visa, Master, Discover Card and Paypal (Account ID: sales@asiabeads.com) is accepted.

NO handling fee will be charged.  We use UPS, USPS or Fedex to ship your order.  Delivery time is 3-4 days in US, and 6-10 days for international shipping.  If you have an emergency order, please e-mail for special services.

About the return?

    You can return any items that you don't like back to us.  20% re-stocking fee will be charged.

 

About the discount?

10% discount is offered for orders over $1000.  It will take out automatically from your total.
